Parmac, L.L.C. located in Coffeyville Kansas, is offering quality Industrial Space with high ceilings, large doors at both ends of the building allows easy truck access, thick concrete floor capable to withstand heavy trucks to drive through the entire building, 30 foot ceiling peak with a variety of hoists available.
The main building available is 156’ x 360’ or 56,160 sq. ft. with an attached adjacent building of 40’ x 100’ or 4000 sq. ft. The largest bay is 60’ x 360’. In addition, there are overhead hoists available in each bay some capable of up to 30 tons. Fabricating equipment is available to lease, if desired.
